 Born and raised in Plainfield, NJ formerly DJ 908; "DJ Straightblaze" has been mesmerized by hard hitting, dance driving, swag moving, and head bopping music  ever since hearing the productions of some of the greatest old school DJs to hit the scene such as Jam Master J, DJ Gregg Nice, DJ Red Alert, and DJ Jazzy Jeff. DJ Straight Blaze enjoys the pioneers today such as DJ Funk Master Flex, DJ Drama, DJ Khaled, DJ Kid Capri and Mogul Sean "P Diddy" Combs.

After close to 10 years of persuing his passion of music, and working fulltime as active duty military DJ Straight Blaze has branched out to be a open format DJ.  His specialty is Hip Hop, R and B, House and Club, Crunk and B, Rap, Soul, Reggae, Reggaeton, and Old School, but is not limited to specific genre of sound. 

Destined to rise to worldwide prominence out of the fertile North New Jersey  music scene, DJ Straight Blaze did his first shows in Kansas, Georgia, and Texas at several venues and nightclubs; not to
mention several shows while deployed as a full time active duty soldier (as a event coordinator and DJ) under the MWR program to bring morale to deployed troops; while also assisted in coordinating artists for sponsored events.
DJ Straight Blaze has also worked with and assisted in the organization of major shows for mainstream artists.

DJ Straight Blaze  is currently outta TX while having accreditations to US Allstar DJs, Texas All Star DJs, United States All Star DJs, Coast 2 Coast DJs, Nerve DJs, and also Datpiff.
